This is an entirely standalone game, based on Trophy Dark, with a rich, minimalist ruleset that's easy to pick up. Each game's story plays out in about 5-6 hours, with options for shorter or longer play.
The Wassailing doesn’t push very far into the grotesque: if you’re comfortable with old-school monster movies, haunted-house TV shows, and general Halloween spookiness, you’ll probably be good.
